The hotel was in full renovation. The promise of continental Breakfast consisted of a bowl of Bananas, cuties, & dry oatmeal. The mattresses were filthy. There was a large box with an air conditioner that was randomly left in the room. The plumbing was not working well.

We checked in at 2am after a long drive, otherwise, we would have not stayed here. It is awful and borderline disgusting. Had to call a phone number to get help (I had called them earlier in the day to tell them we would be getting there late). No one answered the phone, but suddenly someone appeared from behind the desk. Took about 30 mins to check in (They had to call someone else to get the computer to work). Hallways were dirty. Carpeting was torn, tattered, and had visible dirt. Not to mention the gross smell. Went into the room, brand new floors, beds, and TV. And that's where the positives end. The bathroom was disgusting. Permanent stains in the tub. Broken pieces. AND NO TOILET PAPER! We had to go ask for TP! And got attitude from the front desk when we asked for toilet paper! Went back to the room and discovered there was no trash can in the room! Pulled back the covers and found a long black hair on the sheets. None of us have black hair...we were too tired to complain, and since we didn't overpay for the room, we said, "let's just make the best of it". It looked worse in the daylight. Pulled back the curtains only to find a broken window, that was once taped. We were in LaCrosse to visit family and literally only slept in the room. Again, we would have switched or complained...although I'm not sure it would have changed anything. I get that the owners are trying to improve this hotel. It has a long way to go. And I would suggest that you wait until the improvement

I don't think this place is up to standards! The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. There was still trash under the beds and in the drawers. No ice machine. No phone alarm clock or tv remote in the room. Breakfast was a joke. The toilet seat wouldn't stay on and you would slide off if not careful. It basically the bare minimum and felt gross staying there. All their amenities were not available except WiFi. I would not recommend staying here at all.

If I could do zero stars I would. We booked for two nights and left after the first. Dirty, no extra towels (had to go buy some), no extra pillows, no one answers phone, smelled bad (even towels smelled bad), stains on carpet, unfriendly.

Worst hotel i have stayed at ever in my life. Floor was went from the rain inside the room carpets were squishy. No towels in the room -asked the front desk for towels never received. Tried to wash my hands, sink handle fell off Tv channels all static noise Multiple lights burnt out

Checked in, went to the room, ended up not cleaned. Went to a second room, someone was in there already. 3rd room, was no one, but smell like mold and stinky feet. Had to open the room window n air it or. Shower didn't have shower curtain.

Cheap is not always better.

This place should not be on your list of options in Lacrosse. Mold in the shower, bed was not comfortable, no wash cloths, very few towels. Breakfast was cereal with fruit which looks like it came from a food pantry. A gallon of milk was sitting out for a long time. The lock on our door was broken. Half the place was boarded up.

This property is a good, no frills option when you just need a place to stay and don't require much from the one apparent staff member. We appreciated it was clean. A few updates to the rooms and amenities would go a long way. I would choose this again in the same situation. Be aware the property is two stories with no elevator.

Horrible experience. The majority of the rooms in this hotel are condemned (there are official signs on them!). The hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Dimly lit maze-like layout. NOT clean. Got to our room and there were crumbs and debris all over the floor. Black mold and mildew in the mini split unit. Missing lightbulbs and cords hanging out of the wall. Was refused a refund (from the hotel, will be contacting Travelocity next). When I approached the front desk other patrons were complaining about the ice machine broken and pool being closed. Needless to say we spent about 5 minutes in our room before deciding to find a different hotel.

Horrible motel

When we checked in and went to the room it was very hot in the room. We left for a bit and came back and still hot in the room. I went to the front desk and told them and asked if we could move. He said no we are booked and had the maintenance man come. Well he put a new air-conditioning in. I went to take a shower and the clog wouldnt drain along with the sink. Very terrible stay. Rude workers

Find a better place to stay

La peor experiencia de mi vida . Un lugar sucio con un servicio al cliente pésimo camas sucias .En la publicidad dice que incluye desayuno y cuando llegas te indican que ellos no ofrecen ese servicio una completa estafa y anuncios engañosos

El supuesto salón de desayuno era un almacén de herramientas

Renovation

The property os in the middle of a renovation. It didnt get in the way at all. It will look very nice when they are done.

Property was in poor condition and dirty. We had 1 bath towel and when we tried to find a staff member after check in no one was around and 2 parities were trying to check in (it was before 10 pm). In the morning we tried to find someone without any luck. The breakfast that was promised was little Debbie’s snacks and warm juice
