One of the worst hotel experiences ever.
To begin, when we arrived around 6pm, they couldn’t find our hotels.com reservation and made us wait over an hour before checking in. Then they gave us a twin room even though we had booked and paid for a double. When I went downstairs to the front desk to point this out nicely, they were uncommunicative, rude and dismissive. They switched us to another room nearby which was FULL OF SPIDERS.
Oh, and did I mention that the air conditioning didn’t work, the key card system was new and didn’t work, and there was only one restaurant which only serves buffet?
Worst night of sleep I have had in a hotel.
Please, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. The hotel management here is lax and uncaring.
