The parking was very easy and well lite. The room was exceptional! Had everything you could need. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had chicken and waffles. The only thing that needed attention was the pool or lack of. The area where the pool use to be was the site from our window and needs some attention

the night staff was very attentive to our needs after a late arrival due to air travel delays. The rooms were very nice and fit our needs. Loved the staff. Very kind. The sheets in the bedroom of the room weren't working and the shower would not get hot so I had goosebumps while showering. Also various appliances of the breakfast were broken so there was very limited choice. There was no microwave in the room like usual, so the full experience of Home2Suites was missing. However it was still an overall stay.

Rooms were gigantic! Very roomy living space and kitchen. Refrigerator was full sized and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Automated curtains were helpful in keeping room dark. Gym was very nice too. Only issue was minor - coffee could have been stronger.

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly with a small gift bag. The bag contained a couple of waters and some snacks. They quickly got us checked in even upgraded 1 of our 2 rooms to a king. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I requested extra pillows when I called to confirm rooms the day before. To our surprise they were stacked neatly on the foot of the bed along with cases in each room. The
