Giulia, the manager is the most helpful person you could hope for in Rome. Any issues we had (with the internet) were solved asap, and she is very kind. Also very kind is the woman who serves the delicious breakfast, and takes care of the rooms. Great location!

Amazing place to stay! I was actually blown away as I didn’t feel the photos had given me a great idea of what our room was going to look like and include. But the property was truly incredible and VERY well cared for and maintained. We arrived a bit early and met the housekeeper who was so wonderful, she also served breakfast in the morning which was FANTASTIC. The room itself was very spacious (we were in suite 4) with an entry hallway that connected to the lovely bathroom and lead to the bedroom which was so nice. Very comfortable sleep and had all we could need and then some. Absolutely recommend!

The suite was spotless. Lynda is just brilliant. She provided our breakfast every morning and did all the housekeeping. She was very welcoming and attentive. The only down side was next door was an air conditioning unit was running continuously, was noisy, no fault of TimeRoma. And apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TimeRoma. All the main hot tourists spots/shops within walking distance - the furthest 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes but plenty of interesting distractions en route. We will easily stay here again. and thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent location! Super handy for Vatican and the other main city centre tourists sites. In a lovely area of winding streets offering everything you need to enjoy Rome like a Roman. It was very hot when we visited but the great air con in the room did exactly what we needed it to. Our room overlooked the entrance alley way which was a little noisy first thing in the morning but you need to be up early anyway to beat the tourist queues (and that’s queues of people with “fast track” and pre-booked!!). Super clean room, extremely comfortable bed, lots of room for mother and teenage daughter to share without being in any way cramped. Outstanding bakery just outside front gates. Felt super safe and well looked after by Linda on each day of our stay. Breakfast was an added bonus and easy to stay in touch with Julia before check in and when we decided to skip breakfast for early morning mass at the Vatican. We would book again in a heartbeat!

I value these reviews and take it seriously so here is our honest stay. Hard to find because the wrong address is listed, unit 33 around the corner not 115. Never received a welcome email 24 hours in advance like promised, owner does not respond well, if at all to chats via app. Asked if there was allergies for breakfast and said yes only to find nothing to eat, why ask. Room was spacious and worked well but only because we faced the back wall. If you face the street it’s loud all night. AC worked nicely, immaculate room and washroom…very authentic Italian feel to the room. Unfortunately the bed is rock hard, that may work for you, not us. Only two flatter pillows, again no one to speak to for more. There is a safe but it’s not bolted to anything, so pretty useless. There is an elevator which was great. Great location and easy to move around Rome here. Knowing all I know about this property I may stay again but the bed was really uncomfortable. The Italian lady serving breakfast and cleaning is lovely, limited English but she tries.

This place was just perfect for me and my teenage Daughter. First the location was perfect and on a quieter street which was nice. We walked Everywhere from this spot (@ 40 miles in the time we were there) The staff were just wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Linda was the kindest person and was the only person we saw that worked there for the 3 days we were there. She checked us in and out, prepared breakfast, cleaned the room and was wonderful. She didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian but we managed to get along fine. The location was wonderful, very close walking distance to mist everything. The entrance wasn’t at the address posted but around the corner in an alleyway. We felt safe, comfortable and the place was very clean. I will mention that it is noisy, especially at night so suggest you bring a sound machine.
