The staff were phenomenal they responded fast to all our WhatsApp questions. When someone was in need of emergency medical care in our group they immediately found help. They were always warm, pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were super clean as well as the hotel entrance, dinning and sitting area. The pool was a lovely addition in the heat. The location very good for all the activities we had planned. Hard to find a con… maybe would have preferred a bigger bathroom in lieu of a couch in the room (but that’s a personal preference) and the liquid soap in the shower needed topping up. Overall it’s a really good city hotel choice.

The rooms are really spacious (plenty of room in our double for our family of 2adults and 2 teens), and very clean and the location can't be beat. The street feels very neighborhoody with lots of restaurants, cafes and services nearby and you're a 15-30 minute walk away from many of the sights and other neighborhoods you're likely to visit. The breakfast is fine. Sometimes we ate elsewhere or left too early, but even so the hotel is an amazing value.

I stayed here with my daughter for a week long vacation. The property is beautiful, clean and bright. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Can't say enough about how much we loved staying here. The included breakfast was delicious, made to order, and there were a few options to choose from. We loved having a kitchenette area. The street it's located on is nice and quiet but convenient to the enormous park where the castle and so many museums are, as well as the Paseo. We were so glad we stayed here and definitely would stay here again.
