Além disso, os elevadores estavam constantemente em pane, causando transtornos e inconvenientes, especialmente para quem precisa se deslocar com bagagens ou tem dificuldades de locomoção. Outro ponto que merece atenção é a necessidade de compartilhar espaços com clientes que visitam o "Espaço Busca Busca". Isso gerou certa confusão e desconforto, pois a divisão de áreas não estava clara, afetando a privacidade e a experiência geral dos hóspedes. Embora o hotel tenha alguns aspectos positivos, como a localização e o atendimento da equipe, essas questões precisam ser urgentemente resolvidas para garantir uma experiência mais agradável e segura para todos os clientes. Boa opção para compra em São Paulo, a localização é ótima e estão em fase de implantação e por exemplo o elevador não estava pronto e aguardamos a mudança de quarto para outro andar. Não tinhamos o codigo da reserva do hotel, somente o codigo do intinerário, deu um pouco de trabalho

P ajudar outros viajantes serei bem direta. O quarto estava c o piso sujo, tinha apenas uma mini janela que dava p um corredor, se deixar aberta perde a privacidade, se fechar se sente sufocada, pois o ar condicionado fica virado p sua cama. Local barulhento, e não digo pelas reformas, mas pelos hóspedes que chegam conversando alto durante a madrugada. O único ponto positivo é a cama e o chuveiro, de resto não vale a pena, pois uma estadia confortável é o que se espera após um longo dia de compras. A não ser que vc dê sorte e a atendente for c sua cara e te dê um quarto melhor.

Experiência Razoável!
O quarto estava sujo, roupa de cama limpa, mas banheiro com cesto de lixo com papel higiênico o que identificava estar sujo, pia vazando água. Pia da cozinha engordurada e suja. Limpeza ruim!!! Outros 2 pontos PÉSSIMOS, elevador de acesso, um estragado e outro lotado e demorado pois, dá acesso aos andares de comércio; para pedir comida a noite, o acesso para retirada é pela garagem, dificil de encontrar e dificil de acessar. Ponto positivo, equipe da recepção, jovens atenciosos e amáveis!
