Upon arrival friendly staff member carried our bags to reception and room. The room was clean and light. Breakfast was buffet style with items topped up prior to running out, with various choices of where to sit. The walk in to town was pleasant possibly a bit long for some people but we enjoyed it, once in town plenty of different places to eat & drink.The buildings are built of lovely stone with some attractive architecture along with some projects remaining. Overall a great trip.

We spent 4 nights here at the beginning of October. The beach is literally on your doorstep. We paid extra for a sea view room and it was definitely worth it. The family who run the hotel are friendly and charming, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a short drive from Hvar, which we spent a day exploring. The island is beautiful and there were many good restaurants to choose from, including the hotel restaurant where we ate a number of times.
