Quarto confortável, ar condicionado, cama e chuveiro ótimos. SmartTV e Alexa no quarto. Apesar de um pouco confuso para localizar pois existem vários hotéis no mesmo prédio, e o elevador é um pouco pequeno e antigo, a hospedagem foi ótima e valeu muito a pena. O local fica próximo da Roma Termini, ótimos restaurantes, cafeterias e mercados.

Great place to stay. There is a community kitchen to use, I recommend buying eggs from the market across the street. The complimentary breakfast nearby is only a pastry and a coffee.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Praktisch die Küche im Flur, wo man Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten kann oder auch selber was kochen kann

Clean rooms, great location. Pretty awesome stay- the only thing to note is that the shower leaks out of the tray into the room- a little mess, but nothing a towel didn’t clean up.

La habitación hermosa, minimalista. Se ve que tiene poco de haber sido remodelada. Lo único que contrasta es que se encuentra en el último piso de un edificio como viejo como descuidado pero ya al entrar propiamente a la propiedad contrasta con el edificio. Tiene una cocineta común. Muy linda la habitación así como el baño. Lo único que agregaría serían más contactos donde puedas meter el convertidor internacional porque solamente podíamos cargar en el contacto de la secadora (en el baño) . Así que fue muy complicado cargar: celulares, relojes, baterías en un solo contacto.

There is no "staff". You get a code via WhatsApp to enter the hotel and to enter your room. There was an annoying robot in the door which was unable to answer moderately difficult questions - when I asked about estimated travel times to get to a location, it would interrupt me half way through my sentence, ask me for a fact, then when I tried to give the answer to my question, it would not process it. Basically very bad, early "AI". The room was too small for the bed. One had to walk sideways and bend over to not hit the TV hanging from the wall to get to the other side of the room (including toilet). Android box was in Italian, with no obvious way to get it switch languages. In the end I reset it, but was asked to enter a userid/password. Bed had a dip on one side, Not the most comfortable sleep. Breakfast down the street was fine, if cappucino and pastry is your idea of breakfast. We ended up buying yoghurt and fruit from Conad grocery store nearby. Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, then another flight of stairs after the elevator to get to the hotel. Without any staff, when the came in the middle of the night, the floors in the kitchen and hallway were wet - we had to get up and close the windows in these common areas. Lastly, the fan in the bathroom was on when we entered - turn off bathroom light, and wait about 30 seconds, and it seemed to turn it off. The price was lower than other "hotels", and near Termini station.
