This hotel by far was the best hotel that I’ve ever been to. Not because of the luxury or anything like that. The staff make it amazing. From the Bell desk, to the housekeepers, to the waiter and waitress at the restaurant downstairs, and the cooks, basically every single person there was one of the best. I have been here twice already and will not go anywhere else, but this location. By far my favorite destination, and I highly recommend this hotel 100%. I get treated like VIP there, when there’s no need to. Much respect to everyone over there, and thank you so much for making my experiencing in Colombia one of a kind.

This was the perfect hotel for us. It had everything we wanted: great amenities: full kitchenette, cable tv, comfortable bed, jacuzzi, gym, balcony with a nice view. The amenities were also a highlight, especially the comfortable common areas and the overall sense of calm throughout the property.
