Ortak alanlarda oturup dinlenip ücretsiz tüm gün faydalanabilirsiniz bu çok önemli bir ayrıntı. Alçıtepe merkeze yürüyerek 5 dk, şehitlik bölgesine araçla yaklaşık 10 dk. Personel çok ilgili ve oldukça güleryüzlü. Birde odada ki küçük hediye jestleride insanı çok mutlu ediyor. Bu bölgede başka otelleri ziyaret eden biri olarak artık bu otelin ilk ve tek tercihim olacağını söyleyebilirim. Sizlere de tavsiyem müsaitlik bulursanız ilk burayı tercih etmenizi ısrarla öneririm. Oda oldukça konforluydu ve temizdi. Odada bolca yedek terlik ve banyo malzemesi mevcuttu. Bir de misafirler için sızma zeytinyağı hediyesi vardı, oldukça incelikli bir düşünce. Tek eksisi banyoda gider kokusu problemi vardı ve duşakabin dışarıya su sızdırıyordu. Aynı zamanda kahvaltı için anlaşmalı başka bir otele geçmek gerekiyor, direkt burada kahvaltı verilmiyor. Diğer otelde mevsimden de dolayı çok fazla sinek vardı ve kahvaltıyı açık alanda veriyorlardı, sineklerden doğru düzgün kahvaltı edemedik. Otel kendisi kahvaltı verse daha iyi olur.
