schönes ruhiges Zimmer, gutes reichliches Frühstück da findet sich jeder was, S-Bahn Haltestelle ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, gibt aber auch Parkplätze bei der Haltestelle.Ideal wenn man ein Fußballspiel anschauen möchte.

今回はオクトーバーフェストでミュンヘン中央駅周辺のホテルが予約できなかったため、ここに宿泊しました。このホテルアパートメント事態悪くはなく、清潔でした。しかし、最寄駅からがかなりの遠い距離で、さらに道が分かりにくいので、ホテルの印象よりも、かなり遠くて疲れたことしか覚えていません。 最寄駅の電車も20分に1本でしたが、いつも遅延しますし、途中で電車が中央駅まで行かなかったりと、駅員も英語で教えてくれないので困りました。 できれば、電車を使わずに移動できる、もしくは電車でも中央駅から2駅ほどのホテルが、ドイツではおすすめです。

Great hotel but Wifi does not work in the room

The hotel is very good, but the only problem was the Wifi. It did not work in the room and the living room. The Wifi was very important to me because I was in a Business trip mas I gás some problems to work. My co-worker had the same problem. My feedback for the owners is to improve the Wifi in the rooms.

Unverchämt, unhöflich und arrogant

Ich habe auf einer privaten Reise eine Übernachtung im 4mex hotel & living gebucht. Ausschlaggebend waren die in der Hotelbeschreibung angegebenen kostenlosen Parkplätze. Ich bin kurz vor 22 Uhr angereist und hatte Wertsachen in meinem Auto. Als ich im Hotel ankam, teilte man mir mit, dass alle Parkplätze belegt seien und die Rezeption gleich schliesse. Ich könne gerne ausserhalb des Hotelgeländes suchen. Das Hotel liegt nicht in einem Wohngebiet, Parklätze in der Nähe waren nicht zu sehen. Nach ca. 20 Minuten Wartezeit bot man mir an, in der Tiefgarage dicht neben einer Wand zu parken. Beim Auschecken wurde ich aufgefordert, für die Benutzung der Tiefgarage zu bezahlen. Ich lehnte dies mit em Hinweis auf die kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Buchungsbestätigung ab. Daraufhin kam der Besitzer des Hotels und forderte mich auf zu zahlen. Ich solle nicht rumjammern ich sei ja schliesslich "nur" ein Vertreter. Mir ist nicht klar,warum Vertreter in diesem Hotel so unbeliebt sind, ich bin allerdings auch keiner. Mir blieb schliesslich nichts anderes übrig als zu zahlen. Der Hotebesitzer kam erneut aus seinem Büro, wollte mich am Arm aus dem Hotel geleiten. Ich bat ihn, mich nicht anzufassen. Er behauptete erneut, ich sei ein Vertreter und forderte mich auf zu gehen und sein Hotel nicht mehr zu betreten. Ich habe ein derart unverschämtes, arrogantes und unfreundliches Verhalten in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt.

We waren daar 7 dagen voor een beurs in de messe. Perfect onderhouden kamers; relatief veel kast ruimte, badkamer perfect onderhouden; vele malen netter dan vele 4 of 5 sterren hotels waar ik eerder verbleef. Het bad was OK maar donsdeken beetje aan de kleine kant. Wel geen kou gehad s nachts want de kamers waren lekker warm mits radiator klein beetje open te draaien. Receptie is maar beperkt bemand, maar sleutel hing in kastje klaar buiten; in en uitchecken was dus makkelijk. Lekker ontbijt met voldoende keuze: pistolets, brood, hartig en zoet beleg, eitjes,... Fantastisch is dat de dame die het ontbijt in goede banen leidde na 2 dagen wist hoe ik mijn koffie graag had en ik bijgevolg dus zonder vragen een lekker cappuccinootje voorgeschoteld kreeg. Tas leeg? Daar kwam er een nieuwe aan. Super bediening! Perfect hotel zolang je geen 5 sterren verwacht; mij zien ze terug als ik in München moet zijn. De messe is trouwens vlot bereikbaar; 5 a 10 minuutjes taxi
