Beautiful, eccentric boutique hotel with a lovely pool in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with plenty of local amenities. Public transport links were okay, once we had them worked out, but a little reliant on buses.

Oerhört trevlig personal! Hjälpsam, lösningsorienterad och allmänt sympatisk. Väldigt lugnt område. Inte nyrenoverat men väldigt bra och kul inrett. All personal var top nodge.

The pool was lovely and clean such a nice area to be around, great staff so friendly and helpful and the room was amazing. So lively around the area, there's some cafes and restaurant down the road like 2 minutes away. Lots of locals gather there.

Traveling from the states to an unknown country. It was absolutely breathtaking. The staff made me feel like family and were excellent. The room had charm and beauty. Highly recommend and will be back!

Super helpful staff. The owner waited up for us to arrive at the hotel after an unexpected layover. The staff were lovely. A couple of amazing restaurants were just down the street. A stone's throw from the Canadian embassy. Luisa, you are such a kind soul!

Rigtig god placering selvom det er uden for centrum - der gik mange forskellige busser til centrum. Der var også mange muligheder omkring hotellet ift. indkøb og restauranter. Personalet var meget flinke og behjælpelige. Værelset var nydeligt og rent, blev ryddet pænt op hver dag. Lille tekøkken og fint badeværelse. Vi havde vores datter på 1,5 år med og det var nemt at komme hen til vores værelse med klapvogn og der var en fin babyseng med dyne.

I'm not sure I want to write this review (because I kind of want to keep this place to myself). This is honestly one of my favorite stays of all time. This little hotel is a hidden gem in a beautiful part of Rome. It's near enough to all the sites to be convenient, but also a real neighborhood where people live and work. The entire place is like a little oasis in the heart of Rome. Our rooms (we stayed twice - once on the front end of our trip and once on the back end) were both clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The front patio, the pool area, and our own balcony were amazing!!! Our friends stayed at a much more expensive place near the train station, but all said our place was so much more beautiful and relaxing! The staff and owner were so friendly and accommodating. I hope some day I can return. Thank you Palm Gallery Hotel for your hospitality and the amazing stays. We will never forget you! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we were offered a drink while we waited for our room to be ready. No issues with the AC in the room. The pool was open and refreshing during the hot days. The hotel has a more boutique and intimate feel to it. It's on a very quiet street and was a perfect getaway from the long days walking around the city. There's also many wonderful restaurants, parks, and train/bus stops around that are walking distance and we felt very safe walking to. It's in a very beautiful community. Would love to stay here again.

Super friendly helpful staff. Charming hotel. I also loved the location in the Trieste neighborhood- easy to get into the thick of things by bus and plenty of choices for food and essentials but also calmer, not touristy, and very beautiful with lots of gardens and long allees of spring green trees along the avenues. Hotel serves drinks, has some lovely seating inside and outside. My only quibble is that the lighting in the upstairs reading area is much too dark for reading and that there is no way to get coffee or tea before 8am- by which point I was already on lines. Just quibbles but Ioved my visit and I would come again.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful! The property is far from the main attractions in Ancient Rome, but not a bad taxi ride away. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe with some really nice restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel rooms were clean and staff was super nice. Breakfast good. Biggest problem for us was the shower. Water got luke warm at most despite us pushing all the way, and the glass seal in the shower wasn't done properly so water leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. I raised this as an issue and was told it would be fixed but wasn't while we were there.
