I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Athens. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food. Everything was well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The hotel itself is very nice. The area behind it is a little loud at nighy but i cant blame the hotel.. convenient walking to omonia square.

Good price, the area surrounding hotel not very good, lots of graffiti and on the edge of undesirable area of Athens

Pretty good spot in Athens. Just a few mins Uber drive from everything. While hotel is well kept, the surrounding area is a bit run down.

Loved my stay here - checked in late with no issues and George at the desk was lovely and helpful. Good location (close enough and far enough to be quiet) and great staff. The road traffic was a little noisy so if you're a light sleeper you might need earplugs if you're on a lower floor (I was fine)

We had a wonderful stay at Ermass Hotel! The location was fantastic—centrally located and within easy reach of Athens' major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Even before our arrival, the hotel staff provided excellent communication, sharing helpful recommendations on places to eat, nearby attractions, and options for tours and sightseeing. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. The rooms were modest in size but comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for anyone visiting Athens who wants to explore the city's historical sites and attractions. Highly recommend Ermass Hotel for anyone planning a trip to Athens!

Room was clean and well appointed. Ac worked well and the kitchenette is nice to have when traveling (sometimes you just want to order in or have left overs).

Nice sheets. Clean. Only stayed one night so can't really comment. Didn't really like the location, bit seedy.

The room was fine, however the location is not ideal if you want to be able to sleep soundly. The traffic outside is so loud that sometimes it feels like you can hear it in your room. The staff were kind and helpful

Lovely clean room, friendly staff. Coffee was provided in room every day and towels changed. As others have said the surrounding area is dodgy but it’s very centrally located. Would recommend this hotel
