Lovely hotel with growing pains
This hotel is very new and the location is excellent. Our check in went smoothly and room was lovely. We had a sea view room which didn’t gives us a view to the caldera but the other side.We had large balcony to enjoy our breakfast. Great spots near the hotel to experience the famous Santorini sunset. The breakfast which was good was delivered to our room at a set time. We did have a few issues. When we opened the door to the balcony there was a problem losing the door. The door came off the hinges and the door was not aligned properly. My husband tried to fix it but couldn’t. While he was trying to fix it was very noisy and the owner came down to our room and basically accused us of breaking the door. He told us it was working perfectly before and that it would be very expensive to fix. There was obviously something wrong with the alignment but it was not something we did. He called a repairman and got it fixed. He told us he would not charge us for the repair. Unfortunately it was too late as his accusations earlier ruined our experience and put a damper on the rest of our day. The second issue was that you had to run the water in the shower for a long time to get warm water not hot just warm. I had arranged a transfer on our departure day through email. Owner had no record of it but said he would look into it. There was no further contact so I made my own transfer & send email to hotel. At the port we got a text that taxi was waiting for us.

Great hotel at an incredible location
Great hotel at an incredible location. Only a few min walk from the center for Fira, but in a quiet enough area where you're not smothered by other tourists at all hours. It's divided into 2 sections - the jacuzzi rooms in the lower section have an unobstructed view of the caldera. The other "Caldera view" rooms in the "main" building also have caldera view, but you'll have a street with cars/people in front of you as well. That's alright, as you can take a 5 second walk to the other side of the street and view the same incredible sunset. We stayed in the main building without the jacuzzi, and absolutely enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach, and was very responsive via WhatsApp when we had questions.

View was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view of the caldera and sunset. Staff was extremely helpful. The ac had trouble working one night, but they helped us fix the problem. Breakfast on the balcony was a great idea, but the food itself was pretty average. Hotel is a bit hard to find at first, but is right near restaurants and about a 10-15 min walk to Fira shops and restaurants. About a 20 min walk from the Fira bus station, where you can get around the whole island.

We visited Nevma Suites in Santorini during the last week of June and had a wonderful stay in the cave suite. We were contacted a few days before our arrival by Antonis who helped to arrange our airport transfers and answered some final questions we had. We arrived to a friendly welcome, were offered a drink and shown to our cave suite. Antonis gave us a great overview of the facilities including the terrace and hot tub and gave us directions around the island as it was our first visit. The accommodation was perfectly located within walking distance of everything we needed, while remaining calm and quiet so we could enjoy our holiday. Everything was clean and tidy and we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning too. Antonis stayed in touch throughout the trip to help with any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. On our final day our bags were looked after and we were helped to arrange a visit to a nearby hotel where we could relax by the pool before leaving for our flight. A great visit and perfect accommodation.

The location is just perfect, you can see sunset right at the doorstep, the property is very nice, there are restaurants nearby and the staff has given me very good location tour advice. Perhaps there are some photo uploads mistakes from others, I can’t see the swimming pool and subbed in the property, but it was showed in the Expedia hotel photos. That was a little bit disappointed.
