Hotel is near Masjid Nabawi and close to all restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was not great and not fresh. Unfortunately I was on the second floor and I could hear traffic so sleep was difficult. Rooms are not sound proofed very well from the outside.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was just a 3-4 minute walk from gate 305 of Masjid-e-Nabawi. Recently renovated hotel had clean, well furnished, and well stocked rooms. Mattresses were not that comfortable and need to be upgraded. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. A decent coffee shop was next to the hotel entrance. The hotel was a 3-4 minutes walk from a newly built shopping area with a two-floor food court. Will stay again, insha’Allah.

We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received.
