Very clean and comfortable. The location is a bit removed from the tourist spots so Uber or Bolt are going to be necessary to get around town. Prague Main train station is only 2 blocks away

I absolutely loved this place! Some people complain about the size of the room, but it was perfectly sufficient for me. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who visits Prague. Only a 10-15min walk to central Old Town so its a good location. Bar on 6th floor is very nice to have. Beautiful facilities across the board.

The roof too bar was great! The hotel is located within walking distance to the train station. You can easily walk to Old Town from the hotel. There are also a lot of great bars and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. I highly recommend staying here as you explore Prague.

Nice hotel, slow check-in process
The hotel itself is modern, clean and nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly. But the check-in procedure is not such a smooth process, with very long queues during peak times. I’m sure this could be alleviated with some kind of advance online check-in/payment process. Also, I paid an additional fee for a ‘business room’ but was actually put in an accessible room and told there was no possibility to change. This should have been made clear when making the booking.

Nice communal areas, rooms are basic and noisy.
The main parts of the e hotel ie: lobby and bar was wonderful however the comfort of the room was average. The bed was not comfortable and the noise was constant if it wasn’t the traffic outside it was other guests or music from the bar above our floor. Not great when you are on the go all day and have to be up early.

Except for the issue that there is no room for a suitcase even less for 2 (“Don’t even think of traveling with more than a jacket and a pair of socks”) and cero possibity of conecting your device remotly to the sreen (old school TV), everything else is great.

The hotel was nice & clean, the rooms are really small. The bar on the rooftop is great & had an amazing view. I had a problem with my heating in the room, which wasn’t resolved. I contacted the reception & was told the hotel was to capacity so couldn’t move room. Had to wrap up as the room was freezing at night

Nice hotel
Hotel is a great location for Prague 1 area and the train station, and is all very new and clean. We had a “comfort” room, which does NOT have tea/coffee, something to bear in mind. Also worth considering is the fact there are no English TV channels or radio. We like to have music or something playing when getting ready in the room. The TVs don’t even have BBC world news, only Czech and German TV, and only 1 radio station! (The hotel own station). The TV doesn’t allow you to connect firestick etc either… Our only other gripe was the poor HVAC - it works very slowly. Otherwise room was great, comfy bed etc. Breakfast is very good quality, but not much choice compared to most other hotels I stay at - and there was very big queues at the times we went. Also, big queues at the reception when we checked in/out and pretty much every time we walked past - this may have been due to less staff at Xmas?
