Initial communication with host was bad. They were not responsive via the hotels.com app. I had to find different ways to reach them and finally had to WhatsApp them for them to respond. Sofia met us at the apartment and communicated with us the morning of our arrival. It was a bit of a hot day so she turned the air conditioning on for us as we asked from the train station. The apartment was nice and cool by the time we arrived! There was plenty of space for my family of 5. Primary bedroom doubles as the TV room since there isn’t a common area/ couch, but that worked fine for us since we spent most of our days away from the apartment. The apartment was very nice and clean and everything seemed new. The location was walkable from the train station (approx 15 minute walk) and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
