Service Quality Needs Improvement
1. I experienced unhelpful behavior from bus drivers on two circular routes and felt discriminated against as a Chinese tourist. On several occasions, they required us to exit the bus and take the one in the opposite direction, even though both routes are circular and follow the same path. 2. The bus schedule is insufficient to meet the demand, resulting in buses that are always packed with people 3. The hot spring services close at 7pm. This early closure is quite unexpected and inconvenient, as it is common for guests to enjoy the hot springs after dinner, well beyond 7pm.

Very clean hotel, excellent location just next to shopping outlet mall, you can walk to onzen in covered paths in the hotel building which is very clean and well maintained, also very convenient to go skiing with rental shop just at the hotel area. It’s the nice hotel near the JR station. The Chinese restaurant we went served excellent dishes. You can enjoy the hot spring many times a day. We could see the Mt. Asama from the balcony. We also enjoyed the beautiful song of birds. Two common kingfishers flew over the garden in front of us.
