Great service from staff although a crowded customer arrive at the same time. However, this is not enough to settlement time that we take for check in process (we take around 30-40 mins). We almost miss the show that we reserve for that day. In addition to long time for check in, hotel don’t have enough seat for accompany. So, this is also worst thing. Next, room is clean but photo on internet is not updated. This is another weak point, in photo - u will see great room & nice atmosphere in room. However, the actual is not similar what u are expect (we are real people that realize about 20-30% drop from our expectation but this is too much).
In summary, guest who want to stay here please be sure that u are not hurry or have any schedule as check in is the worst & u has to ask ur accompany to walk around while u are waiting for check in as it and don’t book any activity within 1 hr on ur arrival at the hotel. Lastly, room is clean & staff is great but actual room will be drop more than half of room u see on website
