it is a much larger community than I imagined with beautiful home and new homes being built. The town has much to offer in restaurants, fast food, water sports and shopping.

Was better than it's neighbor to the south Havasu IMHO. Friendly people. not too much traffic...
"The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. This is room 201 anyway."
