Spacious and comfortable suite with everything we needed. Lovely, good sized pool also. Great staff at reception including Jame who was friendly and professional with dining suggestions etcetera. Great room size. Arrived around 6.00pm. Had to ask for the upgrade, then was told the next level was now fully booked. Asked about the next level. The rooms are not cleaned yet. Please wait, 10 minutes later, sorry, not today, ask again tomorrow. This VIP upgrade just doesn't seem to work!!

The staff were very accommodating. It might be quite a walk to the nearest BTS station, Phrom Phong, especially if it rains or too hot. Otherwise, its fine. The shops and restaurants are just beside the BTS station. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel every time I stay in Bangkok. The staff are amazing and immediately fix any problem. I would recommend they replace their bathroom sink faucet because it was not firmly attached to the sink. Also, the shower drain was a bit slow draining the shower water, so cleaning the drains is recommended. I would definitely stay here again. I love this hotel.
