I reserved a suit i was called the day before and was told they were under renovations and I woukd be put in a standard room for seven people. Tgey place from check in to my room was dirty, unsafe for todler, and unsafe for me i am a transplant patient and to be immonosupressed around all the dust and filth my lungs could've caught pneumonia.

Property was under renovations. You can tell our floor has been renovated. It was nice. You can tell they spray a lot of stuff to cover what's not a clean smell. Our floor was super sticky I had to ask for towels for the kitchen and bathroom floor. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. I would give a 6/10 it could have been worse. And the bad wasn't that bad.

I understand that each property needs to assist their customers to the best of their ability, but allowing multiple trailers take over the parking lot is unacceptable. Other customers pay the same price with the understanding of taking only one parking space. This property should reconsider its parking lot policy.

Hotel very clean and comfortable. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable but a little too close to wall/window. Staff was very polite and courteous. First it was supposed to be a pay at property but they ran my credit card before my arrival, was shown on the expedia website a pool and nice amenities. Upon arrival was informed that they haven't had a pool since 2020 and the first floor and lobby was under construction and remodeling. It was a eyesore and very untidy and no air-conditioning in the lobby it was very hot and uncomfortable while checking in. I paid $135 for this kind of service and was only given a $20 key credit for future reservations by customer service. It would have been nice for a partial refund or a free or discounted stay in the future. I use expedia reservations and trips often and felt undervalued as a client or patronage. It makes me wonder if they value their clients and really check out the business they represent and offer to stay at as being reputable and really offering what they say rhey offer after all it's not exoedia's money being spent it's the client's but it is expedia's reputation at stake if the businesses are really offering or being above board on what they say they have or are offering guests.

The room was so dirty. We found it with fingerprints on windows and surfaces. Restroom had a dirty towel on the hanger. The shower floor was black. The nastiest part was one of the beds had a big yellow stain under the covers. I’m sure it does not get cleaned after every person leaves
