"Check in was smooth, we checked at 3pm, but check in was not until 4pm, therefore we had to wait until 4pm to actually get room keys. Unit was clean and ready for occupancy at 4pm. Unit appeared to have newer carpet and generally had a refreshed feel. Nice screened in patio. We picked this property based on price at time of booking. We attended a concert at Thunder Ridge and did not visit any of the usual Branson attractions so can't speak to convenience of location to Branson attractions. Did not use any of the resort activities - pool, mini golf, tennis courts; but those were located within sight of our unit and there were plenty of guests enjoying and they did not appear overly crowded, appeared to be in good, clean condition. Explored marina during morning walk, spoke to fisherman and learned this marina had no boat ramp to launch boats but did offer a boat dock. As to Thunder Ridge, heed everyone's advice regarding traffic to and from the venue, while it is not that far away, it literally took as 3 hours after the concert to get back to condo. Concert started at 7pm, and we were advised to head to venue by 3-3:30pm. Bring stuff to tailgate in the parking lot. Be prepared for a long, long line to even get into the event area, after you have parked and walked a mile to get there!"
"We had a wonderful stay, staff were polite, room and living areas exceptionally clean. Pool was great for our 4 and 7 year old as well as ourselves! Private balcony with a great view. We always order Pizza World and highly recommend it as well. Thanks for a great stay we will be back! "
"Such a family friendly and accommodating staff. The perfect stay for a family, not wanting to spend a lot on overnight accommodations. The swimming pool options were a hit with the young kiddos. The hotel was clean!"
