The hotel is in the Centro. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the district. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the major tourist site. I also feel safe to walk around the area. The staff are also very nice.

The staff is nice (polite) my room was 4F needs an upgrade . The a/c doesn’t work temp.in Guadalajara mex this weekend was 87% . I did let the staff know and nothing was done about it . Room need to be painted , tile was broken . Overall the entire property needs an upgrade . Would not stay at this property again .

There were a few quirks...I felt the lobby and elevator weren't the nicest areas, but my room was perfect....very clean, very comfortable and felt brand new. The staff was always very nice and cheerful. The location to me could not have been more perfect. Very safe area. Friday night and Saturday night felt the bass from the club but did not stop me from sleeping . I will stay here always when I visit.
