Dear Sirs,
I got an email thru Expedia, from the Hotel or other, saying charge was going to be made to my credit card ONLY after confirming availability.
The charge was eventually made, but when we arrived to destination the Hotel or other was not there ! We looked around unsuccessfully for 1 hour trying to find it. We tried calling the telephone number indicated without response either.
Please credit FULL refund, no cancelation fees of any kind !: there is also a record of a chat with an agent you can check.
