In desperate need of reforms

The apartments are spacey, but outdated. There's a funny smell in the bathroom and the airconditioning makes a lot of noise but doesn't cool. Worst of all, when you think you book an apartment with swimming pool, you're wrong. You can only look at it. It's only open in the weekend. What the **** ??
