The Inn at Primrose Hill cancelled my birthday present trip hours before we were to arrive. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift".
