I traveled to Pattaya during the Rolling Loud music festival and stayed with Somerset Pattaya for 4 days 3 nights. I must say, IF and WHEN I ever travel back to Pattaya, there will be no question where I will choose accommodations. The staff was very efficent, discret, helpful and professional. The rooftop swimming pool altough amazingly beautiful does not offer many places to sit in the shadow.

It is a nice hotel the staff is great - It was very busy, and the elevators were slow which was different than some of my other visits. I chose to buy the breakfast buffet as part of my reservation, and I would not do that again. The breakfast buffet is not particularly good, not terrible but cold eggs, raw bacon, not a large selection of items just not something I would want to pay for again. The rooms are good size - the pool is small - they have a children's pool and a children's playroom - not of much interest to me but worth mentioning. No room service, at least not that I am aware of and I have been there many times.
