During my recent stay at your hotel, the alarm went off repeatedly throughout the night, approximately 50 times, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with a small child. When I reported the issue to the hotel staff in the morning, I was informed that the disturbances were due to an alarm check-up. Unfortunately, when I raised this matter with Expedia, I found their response to be unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and the lack of consideration shown by both the hotel and Expedia in addressing this significant inconvenience.
