A Fabulous Stay
This hotel is close to the main rail station and opera house. There are many lovely restaurants in the area. The hop on/off tour bus stop is also close to the hotel. It costs 70€ for a taxi to the airport. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean. You have house keeping on a daily basis. They provide slippers, toiletries and a hair dryer. The continental breakfast is plentiful with a great variety of food on offer. The TV offers very limited English options. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

We thought it may be a bit shaddy staying near the train station, but it was a great surprise for us that the hotel was in a good area, very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The lady at the desk was unfriendly. The breakfast was not that great but the Coffee Americana was delicious. The room was clean. We walked to all the sites. Rome is a beautiful city

6/10 Good

The hotel was fairly basic, offering minimal but acceptable services and amenities. Its strongest point is the location, which is convenient and easily accessible. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was quiet at night. However, the room was quite small, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. There was visible mold in the corners of the shower, which was concerning. The room size in the photos online was clearly exaggerated. I had booked a stay with breakfast included, but upon arrival, the hotel informed us that the reservation only covered the room, as Expedia hadn’t forwarded the breakfast fee. The staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s an average hotel, but the location is great.

The property was older & kept in working order. An elevator (super small) was available but depending on where your room was located you may need to walk some steps. Our room was for 4 people and we needed to get off on a level and pull our luggage up two partial flights of steps (6-8 steps). The check in staff were efficient and not super friendly throughout our four day stay. You needed to return the keys to the desk upon exiting the hotel & ask for them again upon entry. The major drawback was the bathroom. A bit funky of a layout. From the room you needed to walk up 2 uneven steps and there was no where to situate you towels or place your toiletries. They could have easily put in towel racks or hooks. The A/C worked well! The major 'ding' to this property were the mosquitos. We killed about 3-4 each night and didn't know where they were coming in from. Huge annoyance to be eaten alive and disturbed throughout the night.

2/10 Poor

The refrigerator didn’t work my wife’s meds went bad. The room wasn’t much bigger than a closet. It was on the roof of the hotel and where the outside bar was. Shower didn’t drained. It leaked water from toilet and shower. Ac sucked. The staff laughed when I told them that the fridge was broken

Excellent value for the price in this area of Rome. The AC was a little weak the first night, so they gave us a fan and the room temp was perfect. The next day our ac blew cold. Bed was firm but comfortable and the room size was good. Would stay again next time in Rome.
