In general, very good. Nice big room room. Clean and comfortable. Only minor criticism would be that the sealant around the door to the balcony was damaged and that meant that the noise from the road outside came through.

Room was clean but bins were full of trash. Lock did not work properly and hotel have only one iron to share for all the guests. Swimming pool on the on the roof was not working and without water in the mid of May.

It is haft empty and still selling the room on line but told me that it is fully booked and upgrade is not possible. The VIP perk is a bottle of water. Free breakfast and free parking is not honored. I suggest Expedia to remove those hotels that do not honor VIP access from the VIP access list. It is unfair for those hotels that honor their VIP perks.

There was no mini fridge in the room. No conditioner, just shampoo-body wash all in one. The wall paper was coming away from the wall. You can tell the hotel gets a lot of wear and tear. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Expensive for what's offered. Fine not amazing.

Clean, Quiet, Spacious and convenient
This is a very clean newly constructed hotel with quiet ventilation system and huge closet space for large or small luggage. We were traveling for a month for ATP tennis tournaments so welcomed the closet space! A ten minute brisk walk thru a park area to historic Alcara with lots of restaurants and pastry shop. When we didn’t feel like going out would allow us to bring our hot food up on trays. Huge grocery market a block away in quiet residential area . Beautiful sunsets on west side

Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the problems delay, the pool is closed. David is nice and very helpful. Beware there is no kettle provided on normal room. The lobby is nice. There is a big supermarket nearby but closed on Sunday.
