This is a very bare-bones hotel, as reflected in the price. Provided: shampoo/body wash combo, hand soap, one pillow per twin bed, tea/coffee. Our room, set up for 3 people, only had towels and coffee cups for two. The hotel restaurant had hours that were different than published hours. And when we went, we discovered that they only had two buffet options (2 courses, or 3 courses). As we were only interested in drinks and dessert, we did not eat there. Hotel advertises airport shuttle for a stipend, but we could not find info on how to reserve it. Desk staff had limited English, with my elementary French check in was completed.

I booked this hotel for a quick stop over on our way out of Paris. We had delays coming in, so we were tired and hungry. The line to check into our room at 11pm was over 30 minutes long. While we were waiting in line the server at the restaurant said they were open until midnight, but were actually closed by 11:20. The front desk person was very helpful and called a food truck to come in, but it would have been nice to sit and relax in the restaurant. I am an American tourist, and I try to be understanding, but the front desk person didn't even tell us that we had to put our room key in a slot to get the lights to turn on. It was very frustrating. The room is fine, it's older but clean and in working order. The next morning we slept in, and should not have been surprised the restaurant again was not open. If you miss the breakfast buffet they do not open again until after 11:30. Thankfully there is a cute little village about a ten minute walk away that has a great bakery.
