Very friendly staff! The spa offers many services and despite a small miscommunication about my reservation my massage was very nice. The location is in a busy section of the city and nightlife can be noisy, but it is also very convenient for shopping, restaurants & coffee shops in the area. The rooftop bar has both an air-conditioned room and outdoor seating with a nice view of the city.

We booked an inside room, and it was the best choice—quiet and comfortable despite the bustling surroundings. The room felt upscale, and the daily buffet was a highlight, offering a great variety each day. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay even better.
