Excellent Location - close to restaurants, bars, massage... Our room type is Deluxe Double Room - room is spacious, bathroom is spacious. A free shuttle service takes you to the airport at certain hours. A good variety of breakfast but too bad that the food is not hot enough. Pool is very different from what was shown on the website. Do not expect you can check-in early or late check-out even if you are willing to pay. I don't know it's because they are full or it's their general practice. Soundproofing is not good if you are a light sleeper.

Been here twice now. Great staff always eager to help with directions or arranging trips. Beds are comfortable. Nice looking love the lay out. The only thing really to improve upon is the Air Conditioner is a bit weak and takes a very long time to cool off the room (From Alaska so Air Con very important to us)

Noise was a concern
I stayed with my family during the Loi Krathong season. We stayed in a room close to the main street and could not sleep because of the noise of Westerners making noise in midnight and fireworks being set off. There were not enough kinds of amenities. Breakfast was good.

Back here again because of great past stays & location, staff are real great all round, friendly, helpful, pleasant. Room was little dated but clean, bed was a little hard for my like. swimming pool excellent. Area is spot on for everything you could wish for. My problem with this trip was that i couldn't book a deluxe room without having the breakfast included? As a solo traveller think it was £23 a night for a breakfast & free mini bar? that is a lot as they is so many bars & restaurants near that food is so cheap for a good meal. Stayed 7 night this trip. So i booked a twin room that did the job but really i wanted a least double bed. If this option continues to be available for a deluxe or grand then i may not be back in future which would be shame as a stayed here many times..
