The staff at hotel Certaldo are wonderful from easy, friendly check-in, morning breakfast and bar and pool staff to the cheerful cleaning staff. Everyone is wonderful. The pool is kept so clean and orderly with comfortable loungers, fresh towels and a nearby pool bar. The breakfast is excellent, with so many fresh and delicious options, including pastries and eggs/bacon/sausage, yogurt and fresh fruit as well as meats and cheeses. The attentive staff will make your fresh caffe choices for you and serve you at your table. There are indoor and outdoor seating available in the garden for breakfast or dinner. The garden is so green and lovely with lots of private seating areas to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel with superb facilities in a picturesque environment. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel staff from the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses were so friendly and exceptionally customer-focused.
