Weekend stay in Hamburg !!

Nice hotel close to underground, only one stop from main station. Well organised, has everything in the room that you need. Pleasant stay. Lot of Turkish eateries around.

Hotel is nice, clean, and located a short walk to a street with many good restaurants and from the Central Station in Hamburg. Also a short walk to a beautiful lake and we enjoyed our evening walks around the lake. Staff are friendly and upgraded us to a nice room with views when we told them we are not happy with the room we were given at the check-in. Breakfasts are really great and offer variety of foods. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice first impression of the hotel in general. Kind of weird dude in the reception that was hard to understand and asked questions like “where is your husband?” when I’m traveling alone with my son.

Very comfortable

Not the nicest neighborhood but very conveniently close to the station and to a Lidl across the street. No restaurant open at the hotel which would have been nice, otherwise no complaints. Lovely fluffy duvets and two pillows of good sizes (one smaller for sleeping on and one bigger for sitting up in bed). Bathtub was also a plus.

The area around the hotel was chaotic and not Very Nice. But the location was good and close to trains and nusses. The beds wasn’t the Best.

Clean enough. Bathtub, which i deliberately paid extra for, had no plug, so could not be used. Went to reception three days in a row and asked for one. Staff seemed consistently confused about what a drain plug was, or why I would want one. Eventually was told someone would bring it "tomorrow", three "tomorrows" in a row. I never got one. I left a note for cleaning staff. Note disappeared, no plug. Why give customers a bathtub if you're not allowed to use it?
