Stern was absolutely charming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and well appointed. The downstairs bar was wonderful. You could get a drink and sit out on the veranda and watch the grand canal. Venice was super crowded the weekend we were here, but the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Love Venizia!!!

Our first trip to Venice and Hotel Palazzo Stern was an ideal choice for us. It has 15th Century charm with modern renovation and conveniences. Excellent location on the Grand Canal. Public transportation at the front door of the hotel. Easy walking distance to San Marco attractions and shopping. Excellent dining with many options within a five minute walk. Hotel staff friendly, courteous and aim to please. Would definitely stay here again.

A boutique hotel right on the grand canal. Wonderful staff. Older building so don't expect massive rooms but rooms are unique and well kept. Beautiful terrace right on the grand canal. Make sure you have drinks/meals there. Walking distance to most things. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Stern. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is on the grand Canal with a lovely terrace. But in addition to the hotel, the staff is superb. They went above and beyond to meet our every need. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when I return to Venice.

We love Palazzo Stern. It is a fabulous hotel and a favourite in Venice. Traditional and glorious, there is nothing not to like and indulge. A perfect location is a plus point with major landmarks within a walk and the Vaporetto adjacent. With a Grand Canal view it was perfect.
