This hotel is a beautiful hotel in the making. The property is decorated and equipped to an Amazing standard.
We stayed in the Explorer Suite which was really amazing, a beautiful balcony, a super comfortable bed and fantastic amenities.
The hotel is almost the perfect hotel however some of the following things need to be addressed to make it the perfect place:
1. The breakfast at Yedi - Although a good selection of food, the food was the same every day, more of a switch up would have been appreciated and the staff could be a bit more lively and warm to the guests to make the place feel welcoming. Things like Karak Tea were offered on the first day and then for the 5 days after we kept asking and they said not today which was a shame.
2. On arrival to the hotel, Check-in was okay however Staff need to be a little more warm and welcoming especially at reception. Usually when I stay at properties I feel comfortable going up to reception staff and asking them for service etc however here I felt anxious as staff always looked busy doing other things.
3. Communication - There were times where we felt like the hotel could have done more to let us know of certain things i.e. the room we originally booked came with a club lounge access and some other benefits, When asking a reception agent on arrival they said oh there is no such thing at our property however when asking the hotel manager after complaining, he told me there was a lounge etc.
