The staff was great at this property, but probably understaffed to run efficiently. The homeless population around the hotel is really bad, there is security present though. The downtown area is beautiful but all the sidewalks are littered because of the homeless population.

We loved how unique the hotel building is - a former gas/oil company office building - not new construction so it was solid with extremely noise-proof rooms. Lots of space in the lobby and breakfast area to accomodate everyone. Staff was incredibly friendly and service-oriented.
