It was a comfortable bed, I’ll give them that. We arrived to half used toilet paper. The restroom was not as clean as it could be. The breakfast was non existent. No hot food at all other than one functioning waffle maker. My daughter wanted cereal to which they replied “they were out of milk, but I could have dry cereal”. In conclusion, it’s a place to get some sleep, but don’t expect anything else.

I got two rooms. One room was spacious and clean. The other room was smaller even though it was the same price and it felt stuffy and had a little smell to it but overall it was not bad. I would stay again but would definitely request the more spacious room.

Front desk was terrible. No effort to help the customers. Gentleman at the front desk said the system was updating. That it would take 31 mins. It was 2:29. Next shift got there at 2:55 and it worked perfectly fine. And gentlemen left in a hurry. Checking out, same gentleman was there and same thing. Why work in an establishment that requires customer service if you hate helping. Never again!
