This hotel exceeded our expectations, much larger than expected and very clean and modern. Excellent location near the Victoria train & coach (bus) station, we arrived by bus and left by train, and Underground (subway) stops too. Excellent helpful staff too, they promptly printed my boarding passes and other documents. Won't hesitate to stay there next time we are in London. Recommended!

A wonderful stay in a charming room
Friendly and easy check-in at the 'sister' hotel just a short walk away. I was very impressed with my room upon arrival. Clean and well presented. I made good use of the bath, so comfortable for a long soak! Refreshments hidden in one cupboard, the toilet hidden in another! I needed a location close to Battersea Park and this fitted the bill, I'm glad I chose. Friendly service upon checkout where I was also able to store my backpack. If I had to share a negative, well, this was room 1, on the ground floor right by the entrance. As such, there were many loud bangs of the front door and thuds of guests dragging luggage around, which I appreciate is fault of the guests rather than the hotel. It didn't ruin my stay and I would certainly stay again.

Our room was in the attic of the property and did not have proper insulation, leading our stay to be very hot. Even with the addition of fans, the temperature of our room was more warm than it was outside. In addition, the shower head did not stay up and the toilet did not flush properly. Overall, would not stay again.

Simple, did the job
Nice stay with basic amenities, room could do with some TLC (staining and wear and tear quite visible around the room/bathroom). Cleaners were especially noisy each morning with slamming doors, banging and moving around which wasn’t very mindful of those who had “shh… i’m sleeping” signs outside on their doors.

The property was fantastic! We stayed in the family room (one queen bed, two twin sofa beds), and were surprised by how spacious it was. The space was clean, organized, and very quiet. We were close to Victoria Station (10 min walk) and many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We liked the location . It was easy to walk to Victoria Underground as well as the coach station. We also walked to Westminster Abbey and walked back from Victoria & Albert museum. We found 3 great restaurants all within walking distance . Staff was excellent . They walked over with us from the hotel check in and brought our bags for us . We didn’t expect that and we were quite capable of doing it ourselves . The room was quite comfortable.
