My room window is screwed closed. The pool is dirty and they dont have towels. It says free breakfast and shows pictures of good food, but its a brown paper bag with nothing cooked. Our toilet plugged first poo of the morning. The initial preview for this motel showed us hotsprings but its not even in this town!!! Penny's dinner told me they couldnt even accommodate my family of 6. Wow. I wont be coming back. The staff was nice though.

The staff was so friendly and assisted with anything I needed. The small gym was convenient for anyone to use. The room was spacious, with a unique design on the wall. It was cozy and quiet. I will definitely consider staying here next time I visit Rawlins.

The employees and owner are great people. I selected the hotel as it stated it had a restaurant & bar. The restaurant is currently closed. The bar had just reopened so kinks are being worked out. Lower end hotel so if you set your expectations correctly it will be ok. Because it is an older facility be prepared for the old hotel odors. Hopeful updates can be made as the staff and owner seem like good people trying to keep up with an ever changing economy.
