First stay experience was horrible! Toilet seat was dirty, a/c had a leak. Instead of them coming to clean up the water on the floor they gave me towels to put under the unit. TV didn’t work, curtains had burnt holes in them. I will never stay at this property again

I was told I had booked in hooker town ( by a local) and my 17 yer old was a bit disappointed that he didn't see any corner floosies. The property was clean, rooms clean, front desk was great however No one told me that I needed to ask for hair dryers, irons, or that the in room phone did not work. T.v wouldn't turn off unless unplugged, lol. breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, toast. Cereal. Yogurt. Would of liked to see fruit, over all a good stay. But don't book if your looking for hookers.

There was no laundry or continental breakfast as advertised, the wifi was spotty at best never stayed connected, but I can only guess all of this was due to construction going on, otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Me and my girflield teaveld 5 hours to stay at this hotel. WE had it booked for 3 months before . I checked with them the morning we left to make sure wveryrhing was ok . And it was all good. Only after we got there to check in did they go. .... ohhh yehhh so there was a issue with your room so we canceled it but dont worry we redunded your money ..... so we go okay dont really care about that do you have another room for us or a differnt room at a hotel further away .... and they go nope sorry youll have to figure it out BUT we refunded your money SOOO next and yeah do not recomed

When I first got there I was given the wrong room. The TV wasn't working and there was no toilet paper. Then after threatening to have my bank take the money back I got transferred to another room which didn't have any toilet paper or towels. The site didn't serve breakfast which was part of these services that were paid for. The manager on staff was extremely rude and when me and my work partner were asking about having the pull out couch bed which was paid for said old the big you can sleep in it together. And the overall experience with this specific Hotel was the worst that I've dealt with and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels for work over the years.

They canceled our room before we could ever check in. No notification no nothing. We were three hours from home and everywhere around there was booked. A refund is supposed to be in process. The guy at the front desk was a smart ass and condescending about the whole thing.

I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn’s across the country and I was very disappointed in this particular one. It does not reflect well of the others. Got it for a great rate at the cost of my disappointment. No microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, ice bucket and no bedding comforter.

During my stay there was construction going on and the elevator did get stuck a couple of times. Also they were not serving breakfast due to the construction. The staff is generally quick with whatever needs/questions you may have.

They lost my deposit and it took me to threaten legal action against them for them to find it. The hot water was ice cold, and the towels were itchy I’m never staying here again!

if you just want to go to sleep the hotel is fine. HOWEVER, we stayed for a few days and had to recycle the same towels because they didn't have any extra. The TV cable was unplugged and also needed to be on a specific channel to work, everytime you turned it on. Some amenities that were supposed to be in the room were not, the shower water seemed to be on a timer so we had to shower together and quickly for fear of having no water. The walls are extremely thin. I could here the people outside my door talking and it seems like there was a party going on in the parking lot on the weekend.

Worst hotel experience ever. Got there just before midnight and our room hadn’t even been cleaned so we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. 4 or 5 people waiting in the lobby to be waited on. The front desk manager just kept telling people I’ll be back in 10 minutes and would disappear and come back. We finally got a room. Why is The room was not very good. The smoke alarm had a bag over it with tape. Toilet paper rack missing. Sheets were stained. Had plastic on the bed that crunched when you moved. They had the blanket first and a top sheet over it. Had to pay a 100 deposit upon check in. No mention of that on hotel.com. Had done a no cancellation room or I would have left. Oh and then the fire alarms went off around 1:30. Would never recommend it stay here again…

Clean room nice staff. Some prior existing damage though. But everything worked just fine.

I did not enjoy my stay at all it was very low class. There was a balled up sheet behind the chair in my room , there was left over bars of soap from previous guest inside the ice bucket , the ac unit was leaking they came and fixed it and it started leaking again ,they had no rags had to beg for them and there was also a left towl from previous guest soap stains in the shower . And when I asked for another room he said yes and that room was dirty to so we ended up not switch I will never stay there ever again other guest there was also having a lot of problems to. DO NOT STAY HERE RUNNNNNNN .RED FLAG RED FLAG !
