Every detail was taken care of, spacious elegant room for 4 people, comfortable beds, loads of extras including bathroom toiletries, robes, slippers, and a welcome bottle of bubbly. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Excellent bar and Bartender. Wonderful breakfast. My hard to impress family was Impressed! Superb seafood restaurant next door. Excellent late night pizza restaurant up the street. Very safe area with high end hotels. Excellent location for walking to sites and front desk calls taxis fast and easy. This may be the best hotel in Rome! If you have a chance to stay at this hotel Do It! You won’t be disappointed. Hotel Mellini was one of our favorite parts of our 3 day stay in Rome.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Kind and attentive staff. The neighborhood is away from all of the tourist chaos but walkable everywhere. Bus stop right around the corner. The hotel is cute and in a location where you can walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. The only problem I have is that the pictures that come up when you search this property are misleading. It is not a big castle. It does not have fancy steps with beautiful flowers around it. I was disappointed when I first arrived. But the staff is great, the hotel clean and the room comfortable.
