If you want to be right in the heart of the action, this is the spot. It sits between 9th and 10th, just a quick 5‑minute walk to Provenza, which is a much nicer area to hang out. Uber pickup is easy and reliable.
Just know: the music from nearby bars and clubs goes until about 3 a.m. The hotel itself is safe and clean, but it’s surrounded by nightlife. If you’re looking for quiet, this isn’t the place. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.
The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly made—not a buffet—which is a nice touch. The champiñón omelet was just okay; a little salsa, crema fresca, or cheese would really elevate it. The Colombian continental breakfast was much better, with fresh cheese, well‑scrambled eggs, yogurt, and granola.
For dinner, I tried the spicy pasta with added chicken. You can add proteins to your dish, and whoever cooks the chicken knows exactly what they’re doing.
For transportation, stick to the Uber app or at least use it as a price reference. I grabbed a ride at the airport without using the app and ended up paying about $25–$30 more than I should have, even though it wasn’t busy.
