The room, carpet, and bathroom appear to be new or newly renovated. The complementary breakfast was terrific with multiple choices of omelettes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pastries, fruit, and cereal. Only downside was some construction nearby and was a little noisy till 10PM

Needed a room the same night and luckily HI came through. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful, placing them at a much higher regard than the neighbor to the East. They are our hotel of choice in Alice now.

Elevators do not work and several spiders
Elevators apparently have not been working for 4 weeks, did not know this upon booking. I am traveling 7 months pregnant with a toddler/ stroller this was very difficult to get up and down. My elderly parents always had a run and had to go up and down stairs. There were multiple alive spiders larger than a quarter crawling throughout our room and property. This visit was very terrible.
