Stayed with my 11 year old daughter for two nights, it is amazing and so much space. Staff are friendly, it’s very clean and cannot believe how big it was in the room. Would definitely stay there again. It is room only but loads of places to eat and drink around

There is no one working on site. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I’ve stayed at plenty of hostels. The cleaning crew stole a couple of my items and refused to return them. No one was on property to talk to and the people you talk to on the iPad/ virtually are worthless. Do not book this hotel

We really liked the location. The hotel is close to Senso-Ji on one side and Sumida Park on the other side. Asakusa Station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel does not accept forwarded luggage so we sent our luggage to a Yamamote location which is slightly less convenient but worked out fine.

The location was very convenient and within walking distance to many attractions. The subway was just a few minutes walk away too. There is no luggage storage available but there’s one at the Ekimise department store or you can use the lockers at Asakusa station. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.
