STAY AWAY
Under construction and rooms were NOT yet renovated. No heat, till I plugged it back in (receptacle dangling from wall), 39° Nashville, pubes and hair etc on bed linen. Only rooms were on the second floor and of course, old style motel, no elevators. The hand rails to get to the 2nd floor were covered with contractor plastic... Now I will have to get the Hotels.com to refund my money...💰.

I didn’t actually stay at this hotel. It looked very sketchy and once I went and looked at a room (dried blood spots on floor), it was definite that I would not be staying here. The girl at the front desk said she could and did cancel my reservation.

Place was not as the pictures show. There was tons of construction , which I get, but it was constant into the night and back very early in the morning on a weekend. There was so much trash outside the rooms and the whole place looked like the picture that advertised was taken decades ago.

The worst Up keep for Cleanliness
Pictures were deceiving and the cleanliness was atrocious. The pillow cases were obviously still used from previous stay and crumpled, the doors on entrance, closet and bathroom had dirty fingerprints all over them, the chars and office chairs in the room were dirty and had questionable stains on them. Same with bathtub which still hard stains on it. The bathroom sink when turned on would leak water through the pipe hitting my feet. The ironing board had multiple dirty stains. The coffee machine with the coffee packet made really watery coffee and the breakfast offered, the fruit basket was half filled with spoiled fruit. I was supposed to stay from 5/13 thur 5/17, but I left on 5/14 when i got back from my meeting as I had no choice but still stay when i arrived late on 5/14. I cancelled the rest of my stay and went to a Hotel in Downtown Nashville.

Find a different place
Low class clientele. People drunk outside yelling playing loud music also a train station right next-door all night long heard squeaking whistling from trains, but I mention all night long.

Terrible stay
The hotel bedrooms had bedbugs, and overall the beds and bathrooms are outdated and very dirty. We had an uncomfortable stay, but since we came from long hour of driving, we had to sleep for a few hours with our clothes on. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Multiple bedbugs were on the sheets while we were sleeping, so we had to wake up and keep an eye out for that.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. It looked like a ran down hotel, I don't even see how they are even letting customers stay there. For one tho hotel interior and exterior was in bad condition. The only part of the hotel that looked decent was the front office. You would have thought the hotel was in a bad area that's how bad it looked. You can see that there was construction/renovations being done to the hotel with stuff being taped and covered up with plastic and equipment in the pool area. Our room didnt look to pleasant either and was infested with roaches. They were crawling on the bed in the closet, on the desk and dressers. Me and my girlfriend just couldn't stay there, we ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Ive never seen a LaQuntia in a such bad conditions.
