Stay was great. Budget friendly. Apt style hotel woth kitchen pots, pans, plates, dinnerware, stove top and full size fridge/freezer. NO BREAKFAST AND NO ELEVATOR(no sign for either and ZERO notification of such) these are the two HUGE concerns with this hotel. Very spacious. Windows open for fresh air. Hotel has slight odor of curry/smoke but not overbearing.

Place not up to fire code. Staff and fire department unable to get elevator working after fire alarm cleared. Electrical outlets uncovered in rooms. Our room had an awful chemical smell. The concierge service is horrible; the man was very rude and bad-tempered. The room was dirty, there was a cockroach in the kitchen, and the hairdryer was sticky. Even so, they refused to cancel the reservation I had for another day and Hotels.com turned into a pumpkin doing nothing... I have pictures but I couldn't uploaded, as usual, the Hotels.com's App is working bad...

All in all, the experience was pretty good! My only issue is that they said there was free breakfast, and upon waking up there was none at all. Only coffee. The first room we received was disgusting, with roaches everywhere, stained sheets, and bugs in the bed. Upon reporting such, they moved us to a much nicer room.
