Honestly, it’s the most bad experience among my every travel journey. Feeling very disappointed, no any greeting upon our arrival, the front desk staff is very impolite and unfriendly, he didn’t say any words when we check in, just use his body language to let us provide the passport and show us the information sheet, not even confirm our staying period, check out time nor the room number, no smile during the whole check in process, seems we are not welcoming to stay at this hotel. We stay here for 5 nights, but no any bottles of water offered. Definitely won’t stay at this hotel again.

Staff was amazing! I had injured myself and when we got back to the property the staff was attentive and helped check on medical care. In the end, it was just a sprain, but they helped with a wheelchair to get me to my room. We had some trouble being able to bring food from the restaurant to the room, but in the end the staff let us do it.
